Welcome to the Lunch Club! I'm glad you're here. This community was created by me (Paige, a Registered Dietitian and lunch enthusiast) as a means to serve YOU.

Did you know that the average American spends $11 on every lunch they eat out? That may not seem like much, but it can certainly add up over time (over $2,600 per year if you do this 5 times each week). You can easily shave off $1,000 a year when you prepare lunch at home, instead. That's where I come in to help!

For only $5.99/month, Yeah Girl! Nutrition Lunch Club is designed to assist busy individuals by providing them with a balanced lunch for every day of the workweek. Educational resources, monthly challenges, and community support are also included.

Here's how it works: Each month, members have access to a lunch recipe for each week of the month and a grocery list that includes everything they need for that week. Members also can also choose to participate in a monthly wellness challenge, and share their experiences in the  private Facebook group. The Lunch Club also has a recipe library for archived recipes, and a resources page with helpful nutrition tools, guides, and tips.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the recipes like?

Lunch recipes are designed with nutrition, convenience, cost, taste, and variety in mind. I provide recipes that are nutritionally balanced, inspired by all sorts of cuisines, inexpensive, and require less than an hour in the kitchen.

Recipes also include modifications for those who are gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan.

Save money, save time, eat tasty food, nourish your body, and seize the day!

What are the monthly challenges like?

Yeah Girl! Nutrition is all about helping individuals feel confident about the food on their plate and themselves. Monthly challenges are designed to help facilitate this by being both empowering yet totally do-able.

Each month focuses on a different facet of wellness: nutrition, movement, or emotional wellbeing. An example of a challenge could be to stretch for at least 5 minutes every day. Members are welcome to share their experiences in the Facebook group.

Challenges are not intended to be a rigorous set of rules, but rather a way for you to explore new ways to feel better physically and emotionally.

Can the recipes be modified?

Yes. Recipes will include modifications for vegetarians, vegans, and those who are gluten-free & nut-free.
