For many college students, the freedom to feast on all types of food (especially dishes that previously may have been considered an occasional “treat”) is exciting. Flash forward a few days or weeks, however, and many soon realize that this freedom creates a list of problems from indigestion to feeling sluggish. I’s not uncommon for students to eventually ask, “What should I eat to help me feel my best?” as well as, “How can I not feel like I’m eating the same food every day?”
